We're not really sure we are Irish. We don't drink. And yet, St. Patrick's Day is a favorite around here. We usually celebrate all together with extended family and have some traditional fare like Corned Beef & Cabbage and some not so traditional foods like lots of green things. This year that included green jello, pistachio pudding, kiwi and cake pops.
Great food......
good company......
and the BEST weather we've ever seen in this part of the country on March 17!
It was a lucky day indeed!!!
