fingernails.....its what's for dinner.

After our walk Kami and I were home for a bit by ourselves. She wanted her nails painted.
As I was looking at her fingernails I commented "Your nails are so short. Why?"
Missing barley a beat she replies with a forlorn look on her face
"Because I get so hungry. I'm not allowed to have food when it's dinner or lunch or anything".
HA!
At least she's quick.....we'll work on the honestly thing later.
